Ok I am just gonna dig a bunch of holes in the ground and pour potting soil in the holes..I was wondering how deep and wide these should be because I aint sure how far a plants root expands..Its either this or buckets what do you think???
plant in the ground for sure. No chance of being rootbound, even if they outgrow the potting soil hole you made.
A 5 gallon bucket will suport the plants roots its whole life, diging 3x3 holes is allota work, it would be easier to just use the buckets, as long as they are atleased 5 gallon buckets.
3x3 seems a little big, this is the way i'm doing mine and i just tried to mak my whole the same size a 5 gallon bucket
