what do you think about this...?

  1. OK, so over this past year i have collected only about 4 seeds from very dank norcal strains. I am interested in trying to grow some weed. I'm not trying to do anything fancy either I am just hoping i get at least 1 male and i harvest some free buds (purple mmm). The only problem is that I will be gone from june 15 - august 28. I was thinking I would plant seedlings next week and hopefully be able to take good care of the plants and remove the males before my trip. So my question is.... is it possible to grow weed if i start them out healthy and leave for the summer without anyone to water and take care of them and still come back and have living plants with buds possibly? Thanks guys i just need some opinions so I know if this is a waste of time or not

  2. they probably will make it, but they wont be nearly as good as if they had been tended to. i say give it a shot!

  3. i was also curious in this, has it ever been done, and whats the outcome?

  4. mine get planted in may and i dont see them until late august... only ever lost one... fucking deer!

  5. giving it a good start is your best bet. it's a WEED, so it's going to grow regardless if you're there or not. however, it might not grow to be anywhere near its potential in size, potency, etc. also, watch out for animals ruining your grow. chicken wire fence might be helpful.

  6. i can garantee any plants left for that period of time without water will die! its simplicity at its best, plants need water to live.

sorry to piss on your fire

  7. I don't see this as a problem as long as the plant can get rain water and is planted in good soil.

  8. plant it near a river or stream that flows every day... the soil around it will remain moist

  9. lol... maybe if you live in the desert and it never rains.

  10. If you are too worried and able to use your hands you can try making a rain water collector and a drip system. It will assure a more regular water supply. But if you live in a normal humid area you should be fine anyway. And the river idea is the best if u can.
