I will be using a Freezer top Fridge. Vegetative Stage: The top box is 9 cu.ft. It will be used for vegetation. I will use a 250 watt MH light with reflector and ballast. I will need 2000-2500 lumen for every cubic foot. (2000Lx9cu.ft.=18000Lumen min) to (2500X9cu.ft.=22500Lumen needed max) <For every watt there are roughly 85 lumen> (250wattsx85Lumen=21250) I will install a 250 watt MH Lamp A 6" extractor van Mylar paper for added reflection A cooling fan Hygrometer to measure humidity Thermometer to measure temperature Flowering Stage: The bottom box is 15 cu.ft. It will be used for Flowering. I will use a 400 watt HPS light with reflector and ballast. I will need 3000-3500 lumen for every cubic foot. (3000Lx15cu.ft.=45000 Lumen min) to (3500Lx15cu.ft.=52500 needed max) <For every watt there are roughly 105 lumen> (450wattsx105Lumen=47250) I will install a 450 watt HPS Lamp 2 oscillating fans to keep plants cool A Co2 tank or Co2 alternative Mylar paper Hygrometer Thermometer Maybe purchase a dehumidifier and/ or humidifier Install an heat escape vent between the two boxes. I will be using soil??? If I am missing something please let me know.....
I'd like to see a pic of your setup. I have a side by side fridge I gutted out to grow in but had a real hard time keeping the temps under control and I have a 400w hps in it. I'd suggest doing a scrog in it for max yield. Only thing I can think of that ya didnt list would be carbon filter for odor control. Good luck.
