what do i do when i cant see the "word in image" thing?

    im trying to make a new screen name, and i can't see the word in image verification thing. its just a red X. the audio doesn't play either and i updated internet explorer and everything. anyone know what to do?

    Maybe he isent tlaking about a GC account...
    Might be talking about AIM or something.

    idk..i kinda refer to my gc name as a username, and instant messenger names as screenames

    Same here, I thi nk AIM when I think screenname.
