What do i do in this situation?

    If I get pulled over and I have nothing on me. Nothing in the car. But my eyes are red as hell and I smell like wed. How can I avoid getting arrested

    You said "wed" so I'm taking it as you meant Wednesday, no you can't get in trouble for smelling like a day of the week.
