What Detox products actually work?

  1. Hey, so I have a drug test in three weeks (blood test) and I have been a daily smoker for probably close to 5 months. so my system is pretty well saturated at this point. I have an insanely fast metabolism and literally no body fat, I'm as skinny as a rail, and I'm temporarily quitting once the last of what I own is gone, which will be today or tomorrow, but I still wanna get a detox kit and was wondering which ones actually work and how much money I'm gonna have to spend on it. Thanks. :smoke:

    none. its capitalist bullshit to suck money from paranoid stoners.

    eat healthy, exercise, drink water and sleep enough.

    edit: I do this anyway when i t-break. It really helps pull your tolerance down. I stop drinking coffee, alcohol and stop eating fast food etc. for like 1 or 2 weeks every few months. It clears your body and your mind of all the negativity.

  5. Physical activity will clean you out like a pantry filled with hungry stoners... go running, spend some time in the pool swimming laps, hell, sit your ass down on an erg and row haha. Cardio-intensive activities will work wonders, plus your tolerance will go waaaaaaay down. Other than that, maybe some B vitamins and lots and lots of water.
     

  6. Tolerance isn't effected by exercise but it will make you piss clean.
     
  7. Water, exercise, cranberry, pomegranate, green tea, blueberry's etc.
     
  8. Yeahhh from personal experience i can certainly say it effects my tolerance in a good way.

    dilute like crazy, creatine & b vitamins for color. if subbing seems like a reasonable option go for it.

  12. they can (possibly) help you urinate more. thats really about it unless they throw in some b vitamins which can help the color.
     
  13. Yeahhh tolerance is a cannabinoid receptor issue, exercising won't make it go down.
    You will get higher after you exercise, though, but that's because you're tireder and you get high easier when you're tired(like wake 'n bakes).

    well the BEST and I do mean the absolute BEST detox is always close by...
    WATER


    drink a lot, piss and sweat a lot, and it will clean you out (b vits and niacin can become toxic if you take too much...)

     
     

  16. i know the science stuff has to do with cannabinoid receptors and whatnot, but just from experience, i can say that after eight days of intense physical training in florida for crew, my highs feel great.

    Maybe has to do with the eight day break, but that's not even a particularly long one...

    whatever, i feel goooood so i wont question it haha
     

  17. You get higher after exercise because your flooded with endomorphins anyway.. your basically already high when you smoke after exercise.

    How can you say its a receptor issue, and then say you get higher when your tired? wheres the logic in that man? Why would physical tiredness effect your neurological receptor function?

    Being healthy will make your highs better, thats common knowledge. When your healthy your bodily functions are far more effective, meaning a slower heart rate is needed. Slower heart rate calms you down and relieves stress, allowing you to enjoy a much more mellow and relaxed high. You will also be better/faster at breaking down any toxins in the body since your metabolism is increased, which is what a detox is aiming to achieve.

    The way i see it is Cannabis keeps my brain stimulated and healthy, but its up to me to keep my body healthy. With a healthy body and healthy mind, i feel i can actually achieve anything. Now if only i could work out what i wanna do..

  19. Shit man, for the first time in 4 years at work we get piss tested next Wednesday. I was on probation for almost 10 years so I know how to pass a drug test. Ive put on 20lbs and its been a few years since I haven't peed in a toilet or outside so hopefully I still have the touch.
    Anyway, what you said best describes whats been swirling around in my head for the past couple of hours.:bolt:
