What def is this

  1. In ffof mixed with happy frog and perlite. Feeding like twice a week with tiger bloom and plant food(guano). Maybe this is normal, but why are the tops so yellow? I'm used to a darker color of green. And one of the leaves is developing that weird blackish brown spotting, is that a calcium deficiency??

  2. Possible beginning of Nitrogen Deficiency

  3. I'm pretty torn at this point idk. I just fed her. I've let the Temps fall a bit but she is in her tent so its warmer in there compared to in my house (around 66-68). When I fed, I used tiger bloom being that she's in bloom. I also gave cal mag which has nitrogen in it. And worm castings which theoretically should as well. I don't understand what gives with her and nitrogen. In my belief, the light is too strong. Take a look at some of the other colas that are slightly lower. They are actually becoming nitrogen TOXIC. They are dark and waxy. I raised the light in hopes that it is just bleaching them. Fingers crossed.

    Nitrogen deficiency

Too little nitrogen will pale the leaves. Yellowing will occur between the leaves or they may turn completely yellow. The leaves start to sag and wither and old leaves begin falling off,

    Iron deficiency
An iron deficiency will see your young leaves turning pale yellow and the buds will remain small and under-developed.

    Magnesium excess
Too much magnesium leads to the stems and petioles (the connection between stem and leaf) becoming purple-ish red in color. The leaves will show light brown spotting on the edges.

    Magnesium deficiency
Too little magnesium will show yellowing and weakening of the lowest leaves while the rest of the leaves turn inward and start to die off. Growing shoots will start going from pale green to white.

  5. Yeah I'm unsure of what it could be. I don't think it's nitrogen, based on my other comment. I don't believe it to be iron because it didn't start from the center as I remember and my nutrients have iron. I suppose it could be ph or something but unsure still. I raised the lights a little in case me pushing them was too much. Maybe she decided fuck the leafs, buds it is.

  6. Right their is your answer, FFOF is really hot stuff you did good diluting it with perlite, but then reversed it, by over feeding, many long term growers use FFOF and 30% perlite they very rarely feed after that a little P&K at the flip is all, once harvested the soil is mixed(amended) with 25% from a new bag and set off for yet another grow, this method can go for years more so if you intend to stick to just 4-6 different strains \that over time you get to know real well

    good luck

ps try a flush at days end, so they drain out over night, simply pour 3 times the pot volume
of air temp ph'ed water thru pot the pots, a lot of work but you will learn not to over feed lol

  7. In not quite sure sure but most people I see mix including myself have noticed this the happy frog seems to fuck with the ph of soil mines veg nicely but in flower became very yellow that could be the issue
