What country or state is it legal to smoke weed ?

    So we were talking and my friends say its legal to smoke in Canada and I don't really know how true this is, so I decided to put this out so my fellow heads can tell me where you know it's legal to smoke cannabis.
    Let's know some places please.

    Honestly its still illegal to smoke on a federal level, so all that you listed are not fully legal to smoke federal wise. State wise only wa, org, co and Alaska have those laws currently if I'm up to date. California and Michigan is still medical so not for recreational use. Cheers though I didnt mean to sound like a dick if it sounded that way

    Uruguay is still the only place on Earth where it's 100% legal.
