If i smoke a sweet in my car, so theres no evidence and i get pulled over and the car smells like mary jane? can i go to jail for this even though there is non in the car?
its a dui to most cops. the sad thing about not being able to positively identify someone high on bud, is they dont have to. if a cop smells it, its beyond a reasonable doubt, and thats all they gotta prove.
If they have reasonable doubt that you have been smoking in your car (smell it) then they will grab you and throw you into the cop car and drive you down to the station right away. Then they will test you (I don't know if piss or something like that).
why dont you bring some axe in your car and be like i just wanna smell good for the ladies since i was going to a girls house... peace jeff
if it smells they have suspicion of illegal substances they can ask to to step out of the car and they can then search you but not the car. or something like that
Get a car air freshener to hang up afterwards, and go ripping down the highway just not over speed limit.. at least until all the smells gone. Bring some axe as well ^^. As far as looking high, just use visine i use it all the time. Get some mint drops to. For some reason i feel unbustable with visine and mint drops while high... Plus tell him your friend borrowed the car if he still smells it. Or just don't break any laws and get caught lol.. cept blazing..
If your pulled over and your car smells like pot thats a big nono. The cop will fuck with you--mainly becuase its a dui. You can lose your license/go to court e.t.c. Don't risk it. Yet its ok to cheef in your PARKED car--a cop won't fuck with you if your just cheefing away in a parked car--esspecially if they dont' notice.
i didnt think that they cjould do anything unless that u accually have the weed, a friend once told me that it is legal to be high just illegal to possesse weed but i guess he must have been wrong cause if they test you at the station then you would be screwed
