I just added cucumeris bugs to my grow room. You are outside, so not much help though. The only items in my arsenal would be continuing neem and soap treatments. You can get a 1000 ladybugs... don't know how well they will stay though.
Planting sacrificial plants can keep them away from your plants. You can always spray them, but they’ll keep coming back every season. Most people use nematodes and ladybugs on em’ good luck.
