If i arrive stoned(red eyes)(squinting) or if i have dialated pupils what will the school do. so far i wouldnt carry and substances or drug paraphernalia. and i would deny it all im not sure were this was supposed to go
Well if you got Dilated Pupils just say "I have a Stimulant Prescription Medication for my ADD/Adhd." they can not check to verify your Medical records to prove it either lol. For Red Squinty Eyes just say "They are always like that from rubbing them to much but it will go away soon." Oh and ya the only rights you have at school is to be anally penetrated TO DEATH!!! Oh ya and forgot to mention..... If your laughing or otherwise "Causing Public Mayhem." you know distracting the other Students than they can get you in trouble for that in-directly possibly caused by Weeed making you uncontrollably laugh in class lol.
If your not carrying anything I dont see that they can really do anything. I always used to go to school totally blazed and no one ever noticed (or didnt care) Either way carry nothing and if anyone asks deny it, theres hayfever in the summer, a cold in the winter, sore throat whatever. If they search you and you dont have anything they cant do anything, and as long as you deny it they cant go searching your house or anything.
You have no rights at school. Your parents sign your rights away every year, at the beginning of the year. You are subject to searches of your person and property at any time, and you can't do shit about it.
You'll be fine. Unless the Professor (I'm assuming college) is ignorant and a busybody, nobody will care as long as you keep up with your work.

That sounds good i was more worried about pupils than red squinty eyes. You could say you took sudafed though, or benadryl. Are the searches just empty your pockets or patdowns?

If you have even .1 grams of crumbs they can collect your busted. They don't need much at all to catch you, if they can't find the obvious they may look for that so its pretty sketchy.

But even then Be very cautious. I had a friend get suspended when i was in HS for having a lil baby reggie stem in his backpack. And Your school will more than likely try to fuck you over real good if you get caught.

You have no rights and basically no way to defend yourself if they do break a law. In the laws eyes the school is always right. Just ut visible in and use cologne, it's not that hard.
