For as long as i can remember ive had white and skin colored bumps all over the back of my upper arms and all over my legs. I went to the Dr. a while ago and he told me it was a form of eczema he prescribed me some creme and i used it for about 3 months with no signs of improvement. The bumps dont itch they are just really ugly. Right now i have between 50-100 bumps but after a shower the number will be between 200-500. Also while were on the skin issue on the bottom of my forearm there are black dots. If i squeeze em ill get a little black core. Ive stopped poping them cuz i cant decied whether there black heads or newly emerging hair folicals. Extra info I take hot showers everyday. Ive only noticed the bumps on areas where my clothes cover on a daily basis . I always wear jeans (never shorts) and a T-shirt. I however do not have bumps in my pubic area, stomach,or back. So i guess that rules out any sort of rashes caused by laudry soap. I have been told it could be heat rash. I would go to the Dr. but i cant afford too.
It comes from the chemicals in conventional soaps/body washes, like Old Spice and all that BS. I used to get them all the time, and nothing would help clear it up. Switched to Dr. Bronners all natural soap and they went away within a week, and haven't come back.
Look up your symptoms on google. When I was younger I had bumps on my arms. Turns out they were just clogged hair follicles, maybe this is what you have?
i tried to look my symptoms up on google but all the results were the same stuff ive been hearing for years. How do you unclog your folicals i might give that a try. And ill try using natural soaps, right now i am currently using addias body wash,it doesnt seem to irritate the problem but isnt helping. Ill try almost anything people post and if it clears up my skin well + rep for them
Dude, if your doctor said it was a mild form of excema, then I'd say it's probably a mild form of excema. But go ahead and switch to a natural body wash, one with no perfumes in it. That probably isn't the cause, but if you have a mild alleric reaction, that'd definetely be making them worse.
