I've noticed that some people have gray dots under their status (registered / old school / etc.) Also, when hovering over someone's name, everyone has a green bar with a white number under their avatar. I'm guessing the green bar thing is sort of like rep, or maybe amount of "likes"? Could someone explain to me what these 2 different things mean? Thanks
The dots only appear for newer members until they reach (I think) 100 posts. I don't know exactly what the cut offs are but it seems like 1 dot is maybe 1-10 posts, 2 dots for 10-30 ish and 3 dots from there to 100. Something like that. As far as the green bar, reputation on the old software was converted to likes so that will be your old rep score plus your new likes.
