What are the laws regarding MMJ in Washington DC?

    I know MMJ is legal in DC but it I couldn't find many details and I've never seen any dispensaries or know anyone with a card here. Any details and additional information would be much appreciated.

    yeah... I figured that out a couple minutes after posting...
    I'm an ignorant Canadian that doesn't even know his own country well enough, let alone the US :eek:
