What are some good outdoor strains

  1. I have about 15 mystery seeds. I'm thinking about getting blue dream, white widow, super silver haze and purple kush. Are those a good selection? And what would you recommend? And I live in Michigan too.

  2. Not this season :D... Wait for the Spring.

  3. shroomhead, buddy none of the strains you have listed there can be successfully grown in michigan unless youre growing in a greenhouse and even then im not sure you could finish the haze.

In michigan, you need early finishing mould resistant strains. You cant grow any strain that takes longer than 60 days, ( 8 wks.) to finish and really should only be growing strains that take 45-55 days to finish.

    Biddy early
    Dinafems Blue widow.
    Rox
    Early pearl
    Early queen

These are some strains that should do well there.

  4. I finished Blue Dream and white widow this year in PA .

  5. How bout autoflowering? I like Spliff's AK Automatic and DNA Genetic's 60 Day Lemon stuff. I want to grow that soon.

  6. I hear super skunk is a fast finisher and its dank.

  7. Juanita Lagrimosa Reggae seeds (mid Oct)
Purple Maroc Female seeds (big/mid Sept)
Early Maroc Philosopher seeds (big/mid Sept)
    Jack White (mid Oct)
    Sensi Star (mid Oct)
Berney's farm LSD (end Oct on the pheno I got)
    Kali Mist (end sept-end oct)
    Super autos etc...

Avoid Kush, bubble gum and 100% indica types (mold)
Avoid 100 % sativas like haze or thai, columbian, mexican that finish too late (mold)

Fim and top to avoid big colas if possible, have a sunny spot

  8. Dittos on that here. Blue Dream is easy to grow and finished before the frost. White widow grew well, too, but my phenos didn't have as much kick as I was hoping for - same with OG Kush. I also grew SSH that is still in flowering stage and has several more weeks to go - I haven't checked it in a while, and I'm sure it succumbed to the cold - not a long enough growing season for hazes in our locale. The Super Skunk that theiceman447 mentioned sounds like a good one to try; as are the selections from CH and Corto.

  9. Northern lights and white rhino did tremendous for me this year with little work and around 1lb a piece. They put up with some super hot weather this year!

  10. Northern Lights is usuallly a late finisher, how lond did it take to finish?

  11. I started in the first week of April And finished around the beginning of October. They were kind of late to finish but I live in so tx and bugs with heat are bad. NL faired very well to both.
