What Are Grow Rocks?

    my friend was telling me that his friend uses grow rocks
    what are they?
    what do they do?

    He could mean any number of things.. rockwool, clay spheres for hydro, perlite, etc.

    Since its your friend that said it, I'd recommend you ask your friend!
