I wouldn't skimp on LED lights. That light pulls 84 watts so it won't get you very far.
If you want 300 watts you'll need to spend at least $300.
How big is your space?

 

So with 4.5 square feet at 50w/sqft, you'd want around 225w. You could buy two of those, but I highly recommend a light that uses either lm561c or lm301b diodes. They cost $1/watt to build, or $2/watt to buy.
Something like this would work, but again, much cheaper to build.

If you want to use LED's, get the QB boards or the Mars II.
My choice now would be QB's.
With a small tent, buy the boards that don't require a heatsink, the 120's or 132's. Get say 2 for the top and 1 in the back, and 1 to the left and 1 to the right.

 

Watch out for that UV. I know its supposed to help THC but it will destroy things in the tent including its own lens. The product also does not have UL or ETL. I'd check out other products people are recommending.
