What about males??

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Indoors' started by larsblackman, Aug 9, 2011.

  1. I am growing in a DWC in a closet and I am about to switch to flowering in a little over a week. I have four plants (2 bubblicious, 2 himalaya kush) in an 18 gallon container, and the roots have become somewhat mingled. My question is this: if any of the turn out to be males, how easy is it to separate? Do I cut the roots off and chuck them, or will that affect the others? Can I simply put a clear bag over the males, so that they continue to grow (and I can utilize them for hash) and they don't pollenate my girls?
