Western Wa Dispensaries/collectives?

    Reading through other topics, I saw that other Washingtonians were talking about FAR lower "suggested donations" than what I've been paying in Tacoma. I was wondering where these dispensaries are, because my tolerance has increased and it's starting to become a cost-prohibitive treatment for me. 
     
    I would like a dispensary in the Greater Seattle Tacoma Area that tests its meds, has high CBD strains (I've been using strains that are in the 8-12% CBD range via coconut cannaoil, plus smoking a bit of high THC Sativa) and has fair prices.
     
    I know I really need to grow my allotted 3 plants (well, 6, but 3 non-flowering) to medicate in a far more budget-friendly way, but I simply don't have any way to do that without joining forces with another local patient who grows. Feel free to hook me up if you know someone who can help me grow my 6 plants!   :wub:
