  1. I got my hands on a healty mother plant, and instead of starting from seed id much rather start from a clone. Just a little problem, I dont know what to cut...lol. i have the cloning gel n shit but yeah

Can someone shed some light on this??...

  2. I would recommend taking a clone from the lower braches of the mother since this is where all the new hormones are located, thus making it easier for the clone to take root. You also want to make sure you use a clean blade, or scissors and cut at a 45 degree angle to increase the surface area where the roots will grow from. Others also with split the end after the angle cut to increase yet again the cutting root growth. Another thing to keep in mind when taking clones is to make sure you count 3-4 nodes down on the branch you are cutting before you make the cut, this will also increase the likelyhood of the clones survival.

  3. Is the plant supposed to be all lanky, almost like its dying?.
