Welp, life sucks today...

  1. Was just notified that the one medication that is basically keeping me alive has quadrupled in price, way out of my price range. So, no discounts, no help from the drug company, no assistance from the government, so fuck me very much. I've got a couple months of meds left, maybe a little more but after that, I'll slowly go into respiratory failure. YAY FOR ME!!!!

So I've been drinking since about 10 AM (a new record for me) and haven't stopped. Finished a bottle of vodka, starting on a bottle of tequila, should finish that in a couple hours, then if I can walk I'm lighting up and see what happens. So once again FUCK ME VERY MUCH!!!

  4. Sorry to hear man. Fucking drug companies are criminals. The only reason they want to keep people alive is to get them on a few more prescriptions. It might suck right now but you never know what tomorrow brings. Keep fighting.

  12. Where are you located duft

  13. Have you checked online pharmacies? Are they a thing there?

  14. If you’re not comfortable with sharing where you are, try goodRX if you haven’t (I’m sure you have, could be limited where you’re located) this is what shows up for me in Texas

Edit - tell them do generic not name brand

  15. I've checked through good rx zip codes in florida and alabama just for reference compared to here up north. I'm getting prices from 18-35 depending on the pharmacy. Based on sampling 3 different zips and getting the same price range for each........

  16. I found the biggest difference in pricing between generic and name brand. They need to get their pharmacy to fill the generic brand.

  18. Thank you but my Doctor is working on it. She's pretty mad about it. She said she can get me some samples but not enough to cover my monthly doses. I also am part of a research program at Emory University, my doctor there thinks they can fund the meds since I'm in that group.
