Well Guys its time to cut back on the munchies

  1. just noticed how much of a jelly bean i llook like lmfao. time to shed this useless fat off.. any tips ? or possiably workout routine outline.. and nutrion outline ..
    im cutting back on cornsyrup drinks, and mostly sticking to water --GOING to try to...
    but yeah man, i gained atleast 45 pds in 6 months, and + 3 months of staying the same...
    im doing this for myself, look at this shit, i need to treat my living space good and clean.. feel me .. lol
     
  2. Cut out pop and sugary drinks completely. A while back I was drinking like a case of coke a day and I was gettin to be a lil fatass lol. Gained 30 pounds, was like fuck this, cut all that shit out and lost it all in a few weeks.

    Buy a bike. and ride it. Don't recommend running or jogging when your overweight, as you'll tax the hell out of your joints. Find a steep hill and try to bike up it. I also recommend swimming for cardio as it won't hurt your joints either. Swimming also builds muscle if you push yourself.

    Lifting some weights wouldn't hurt either, as it burns alot of calories and would leave you with a little muscle once you achieve your weight loss goal. Note that if you do lift some weights you may not see weight loss right away, but only because your gaining muscle that's replacing the fat lost.

    And of course make sure your diet is right. I like to point out to people that you don't need to give up all the stuff you love, honestly if you try to do that your probably gonna fail, just eat an overall good diet and exercise like hell, and you'll achieve your goals.
