Clay pots are a terrible choice, they retain way too much moisture. These plants like to dry out between waterings.

Remove the duct tape and floss, how it's set up does nothing.

You need to add plenty of perlite in your soil, 20% minimum.

You don't have close to enough lighting, which makes it grow so lanky.

I can be very blunt and rude (for that I do apologize) but this is what you need to change if you want a successful grow.

Yah, I think your light hours are probably to blame. What kind of light is it getting?

 

Here is the deal . He planted seeds from weed.
Why do people continue to plant these seeds ?
Why do you want to replace a plant that spit seeds ?
What does it tell you when a plant spits a lot of seeds ?
This is a result of two issues .
Look at all the one finger leafs . Look at all the stretch .
Lack of lighting . Lack of any genetics . Its like a wild weed plant . It does not know what it is .
Perfect reason why you should never plant seeds from bud .
Now there are some exceptions . If you have a very powerful strand and you push it deeper and deeper into late flower . That plant may start to produce seeds . Those seeds might be good . I still would not plant them.
A person can get a quality seed shipped to there house for under 15 bucks .
