people on here that workout do you guys smoke up before working out. today was the first time i did and i like it so much better. i feel that i can concentrate on the muscle group that im working out better, therefor getting a better pump going. yea smokin befor makes me a little lazy but i just put on some hardcore music and rage out haha
Smoking while working out is amazing. Especially running, felt like it was 5 mins, look at the screen its been 12 and ran 2 miles.
I useto drive to my gym and park in the back and smoke a bowl and then went in to do my workout which was bike for 10 mins then lift for an hour or 2 depending on the day and then do kardio jog for 30 minutes. After that I would go to my car smoke another bowl and drive home. My muscles felt numb so I was able to do more reps and jack up the weight early.
done it a few times I like it, works great on the soreness the nxt day but I agree it can make u lazy but if u can make it around that its great
Weight lifting and smoking are two separate things for me. I've smoked while i work out but i find its counter productive towards my goals.
