looks like too high an EC is burning up the plant, but it could be the light is too close. Need to know how much light the plant is receiving. May want to just use RO or spring water to feed her. Could also be that the pH is outa whack.

I don't use lights like that, and mostly use Samsung diodes. Normally, a lux meter or similar is used. You can use a phone app (?) that reproduces a lux meter. You want about 20,000 lux at the canopy.
30 dollar lux meter from Amazon is invaluable. Distance from lights is not a reliable way to gauge light intensity. Why guess when for $30 you can know?
