ok... so second grow. I know i don't post much but i don't want to give anyone bad info so I post only what i know from my own experience. This is my second meticulous grow and I'm freaking out right now.

So long story short...my girlfriend is very demanding and I just got back from a vacation of 1 week. Idiot.. you are saying... really guy that close to harvest and you bounce? i did... but i setup a nice drip system for them... measured time vs. drip into cups and got the right dose for each. anyways right before i left i posted a thread called they r turnin purple(http://forum.grasscity.com/indoor-marijuana-growing/1103229-they-r-turning-purple.html) so I saw this before i left. I'm back... the buds look amazing but the purple spread/turned black on some fans and some sugars... my 1st grow looked nothing like this. Different strain this time so what do I know.

Ummmmm Help? should I be happy or sad? input please:gc_rocks:

Oh. first 2 pics are from a test plant only 6 weeks into flower. I flowered this guy real quick. So it is 1 main cola as opposed to my other two plants that are scroged out. all the other pics are my 8 week scrogs

One last thing. I flushed 9 days ago and the drip system was ph 6.5 tap water. so this couldn't possibly be nute burn right?

  3. Shit looks great to me...what strain you got there? Is it a purple strain?

  4. They are tears of joy. Thought you should know.

  5. Oh man you knocked this grow out of the park. Those pics look like they should be in the pages of high times what strain did you run?

  6. They r clones...so he told me raskal's og. I'm going to get it tested. I wanted this strain because I have been told it is a high cbd strain.

@BeZ they look done but I don't see any amber under the magnifying glass

  7. judging by the pics they're fine....looks like they're just nearing the end of the flowering cycle is all. Great jorb!

    Shit looks primo!!!

When you think its done go another full week.Do not worrie about dying leaves at all.Perfectly natural, and what you want.Remember the plant is supposed to be dying.

  9. Outstanding. Some strains turn purple towards the end of there life, Google the strain, will give you better idea, but like everyone else, they juicey .

  10. I did google the strain and it does look close to what I have.. but in this pic [IMG]

    ^^ no purple...

Thanks for the great feedback by the way. I will update in a week or so with some harvest pics:)

  11. Are the temps getting cool at night? I've had a strain show purple before but not every run.? I know a strain won't be purple unless its in its genetics. Maybe some plants like colder temps in there natural environment and will only show if they reach that temp.? Idk. Just thoughts and observations.

I would wait until some deep amber shows to harvest it. The first time you do a strain you should go the distance with it, almost all amber. If you flower it again take a week off and compare the high. Experimentation.

  12. ^^ I just take a sample bud each week if im going to grow it again.

  13. Yes when you flush before harvest your plant can go through a beautiful change of colors from all the deficiencies....none the less, all the diverted energy went into the buds. You did an amazing job, pat your self on the back. Everyone says enjoy the smoke, but enjoy the real feeling that you did it perfect. the feeling of accomplishment.

  14. today was the day

I started seeing amber popping up all around. In the last pic it was my test quick bloom. and it looks amazing but still has at least 2 weeks to go? My test was to see if i pull more off a plant in a scrog or from a single cola plant and do s.o.g. I've already got two scrog boxes setup for the next two months but after that I might change up my setup. Until then

    Cheers

  15. Looks amazing to me. From what I know and have read it is either the strains genetics or the temperature falling below a certain degree. I believe it is between 62-65 degrees. Definitely tears of joy! Awesome job.

  16. Wow, beautiful, all of them. Be proud of them for sure!
