Why are you potting up on Sunday, the growth very slow at the early stages, could take another 2-3 weeks before your pots are full of roots

Seedling roots are very delicate( tap root), often I use jiffy plugs because you bury the plug, you could of started seeding in 9cm square pots, don't take much room up, when you get thick white roots growing out of the drainage holes you know it's time to pot up.
now this soil that you plan on using are you going to add perlite or anything for drainage or just straight dirt?
