  3. I wish we could tell you, but if oyu didn't get a name, we can't possibly really know. Even some of the same strain can smell and taste different if grown differently.

  4. If only I was smart enough to make an iPhone app that could tell weed strain by taking a photo.

  8. i dont know what you mean by this

  9. He means exactly what he said. It's impossible to tell based on a picture. And even if we could see it and smell it IRL, we still couldn't tell you the strain. Even strain experts probably couldn't tell you accurately. As I said before in my first post, the same exact strain can be grown so many different ways and have a completely different smell or taste or high based on how they grew it. The *only* way to know your strain is to ask when you purchase it.

  10. i have asked someone before and they were able to give me the strain name

  11. Doesn't mean it was right. I can give you any strain name that's similar. I may be able to ballpark it, but dude there's so many strains, and how they grew it really plays a part in it, it'd be nearly impossible to tell you with 100% accuracy. The only way you can be sure is in a full legal environment where they provide names. Sometimes you can find a connect who also is legit with names but that's a chance in itself. If you're not provided a name, odds are, all we can do is take a wild gander at what it is.

  12. Wow, I didn't know a duplicate strain could be altered so much by being grown differently.

  13. Yes it can. Not only do pesticides affect the taste, but if it was poorly cared for, it can also be really different in many ways.

  14. Smoking pesticides? Doesn't sound fun.

  15. We all use pesticides to grow.... Some are natural, some aren't. Unless you want bugs eating away at your plant. Or a mite problem. Which will ruin your crop and yield. A commonly accepted pesticide is a natural oil called Neem Oil. Ideally, you're not supposed to use neem oil during flowering. But, you never know, there are people out there who may try to get away with it. Or, perhaps they've got a really bad mite problem and don't have a choice.

Either way, everything you do can affect how the strain is. You can make a super sweet strain absolute shit if you don't take care of it.

  16. i know im just asking for guesses my guy
literally just asking for conversation purpose not to actually find it out if i wanted to actually find out id just ask the guy and confirm it

  17. Red bazooka is the strain... just kidding I have no clue and neither does anyone that has or will give you a name :)
