Weed with braces?

    Hey GC, I got braces a couple days ago. Right now it's extremely annoying and painful. I haven't smoked in a few months but plan on picking it up again this week. Can weed smoke fuck up my braces or stick to the braces in any way? Also, can the smoke heat up the braces too much or fuck up the metal band thing? It's the first band, not the steel one, if that matters. Also, can weed help me out with the tooth pain and sensitivity that the braces are causing? I'd really like to eat food painlessly, especially with munchies :D

    Nope smoke all you want as long as you brush your teeth and shit your braces will be just fine. I was smoking hella bud with my braces and had it for like 5 years.

    Braces will not affect your smoking experience at all. Trust me, I had them for 6 years! Sorry, but the weed probably won't help with the pain though. The pain should subside in about 3 days.

    Light up bro! I smoked with braces from 15-16 or 17 and i never had a problem. Theres no open sores when they put in braces as opposed to if you got a tooth pulled so you don't have to worry about dry socket or anything. Have fun eating!

    As long as you keep good oral hygiene you will be fine, my friend also has braces and smokes also.

    Yeah man, I'm not looking forward to that haha. I only have braces on the top row of teeth, but they will be putting some on my bottom row too. That sucks because I have two teeth in the front that are crooked. That shit will hurt soo much.

    I got my braces about a year ago and I started smoking again around the same time (pure coincidence)lucky you don't also have a tongue crib. My first few days with them were the worst ever but the pain stopped. USE YOUR WAX that shit helps a lot. You'll be fine bro make sure you brush and floss.

    Went to the ortho Monday and he said its almost time to take them off :D

    they don't really hurt that bad after a while I had mine for 2 years and still have them, they hurt the most the first few tightening's after that you just get used to it

    Yea after it gets tightened it sucks to chew on anything solid really. I hated that so much I'd be starving while eating apple sauce and mashed potatoes till I said fuck it eat through the pain... just eat though the pain.

    I had braces when I was younger and continued to blaze even right after I got them on. My teeth are perfectly fine!
