Actually he could have edited himself, or reported it. Sometimes a spammer will have more than one post when we catch them or react to a report. If we immediately hit the spam button, the spammer is gone, but we don't know where they posted or if anyone quoted them. The best practice is to report the spam without quoting them.
When you say things like you did you imply that it’s everywhere in “the states” which is a commonly used short form of The United States which would obviously imply you meant the entire country. In actual fact far less than half of your country has legalized it, it’s still illegal on a federal level if you wanted to get technical. This means the federal government could step in and override the individual states’ laws if they wanted to. In Canada it will be legal on a federal level. First to third grow. I’ve read in Manitoba and Quebec they won’t allow people to grow for personal use..... can anyone verify this info? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The senate tried to pass an amendment to allow the provinces to ban growing if they wanted to but it was rejected by the MPs. Those provinces are going to try to ban but federal law trumps provincial so at the first legal challenge the ban will be overturned. First to third grow. From beginner to novice lol.

And yet you can still be raided and federally charged. Oh wait..its you. All becoming clear now hah..
The date has been set as October 17th for legalization to take effect. Ontario, Quebec and BC asked for more time and that’s why they set it so late. Trudeau says pot will be legal as of Oct. 17, 2018 | CBC News First to third grow. From beginner to novice lol.
