Weed, Sleep, Nightmares, and Dreams.

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by LovingTree, May 25, 2010.

  1. For me personally, (I'd like to know how others are),

Is that, when I smoke some marijuana a day, at night I fall asleep peacefully and have good thoughts, and hardly no dreams at all because I am sleeping so much.

On the other hand, when I don't smoke weed (I've withdrawn for 3 days and stopped doing it)
, i'll usually have terrible and REALLY graphic nightmares. Like, horrible gorey deaths, etc. MULTIPLE times a night! Dx

Why is this? Is there anything between THC and dreams?

I'd like to know because THC sure does make me sleep more peacefully.

Anyone else have this type of problem?

  2. I've heard people say that it either takes longer to get into REM sleep when you're high, or that you can't at all. Not sure.
