I just wanted to warn everyone about weed-seeds.net. I ordered 10 seeds from them, 2 types 5 seeds a piece for a total of ten. They sent me seeds alright and freebies too BUT all the seeds where mixed together so I had no idea what was what. Some of the seeds where just junk. I could crush them very easily between my fingers. I e-mailed them repeatedly but never got a reply. Do not order from them.
Did you email them saying that the seeds you had did not germinate? Follow the golden rules when contacting a bank, be polite and non threatening, do not exaggerate and most of all remember that nearly all banks operate out of the UK where it is legal to sell seeds BUT only as souvenirs so the moment you say anything about germination they will not answer you as they are then breaking the law.
I realized that as you said the seeds where not for germination so I asked them about the seeds being all mixed together and got no reply. If they were for souvenirs they should of been separated. I stand by my statement- Do not buy from them.
Most seedbanks sell seeds as souvenirs as it is not legal to grow in most places, there is no difference in the seeds.
ok that makes no sense. If you are going to charge money for specific varieties of seeds as souvenirs they would have to be separated. Who would have a souvenir collection of seeds just jumbled together? Why pay for ak-47, white widow and big bud seeds specifically and have them all mixed together? What are you guys working for this company or something?
No not at all and I wouldn't have ordered from them. I didn't understand that they had mixed all your seeds together. I just thought you didn't know that "souvenir" is just what the seeds are sold as for the countries where it is not legal to grow I've never even heard of that company, there is a sticky at the top of the page with legit seedbanks listed
bummer dude learn from your mistake do reaserch before buying i recomend attitude seed bank never seen a bad review past my stuff got taken by customs attitude sent me more
Sorry superdog for the bad experience you encountered with weed-seeds.net. You have the right to be upset about the way they packaged your seeds. I know it has been over three weeks since your order arrived, but I would try again e-mailing and see if they reply. Perhaps mention to them that you belong to a forum that reviews seedbanks, and that you would be willing to submit a positive comment about the company if they make reparations for the jumbled seed order - maybe even asking for half the quantity that you bought to show you are willing to compromise. Try a different angle and see if it works. I used weed-seeds two years ago and did not have any problems, but maybe I was just lucky. Hope that you get them to reply to you.
