Weed might be a miracle drug, but not only for the reasons you think.

  1. I was thinking today (I'm getting near the end of a tolerance break) that I am such a healthier person when I smoke. Weird right? But think about it...

    If you want to get the most out of your weed, you keep your tolerance low, so I always work out before I smoke to burn that fat and flush my system of metabolites. So I'm already working out more.

    Weed makes me thirsty so I drink around 3 litres of water a day when I'm blazing, totally keeps me hydrated and I feel much better.

    I get on a regular sleep schedule because I get so sleepy after days of stoning. And I always put off toking until I've done all I need to do (classes, work etc) so I have more motivation to get that stuff done

    The munchies make me eat more, and I usually satisfy them with fruits and vegetables.

    So yeah, I know this might not be your experience, but I find that I'm just generally better at this stuff when I smoke herb.... :) only 2 more days and I can toke..

  3. Everything in our bodies are homeostatic regulated by the endocannabanoid system. I totally agree everything in improved when I medicate.
