dont think so at this time in the season, you may get a small plant which will basicly be 12/12d from seed, itll yeild little and theres no garentee itll grow well, itll probably stretch ALOT and outgrow your windowsill
No, you need to decide if you are an indoor or outdoor grower. Windowsill grow attempts always seem to end in tears.
