I'm on vacation right now in Rome 4/2/17, I went out and got some weed at like 2am. Go to the bridges, any bridge. There will be moroccans, make eye contact and they will ask you if you want some. They want €20, but tell them you only have €10. He will tell you to wait 5 mins and he will take the stairs from the bride to the lower walkway on the river. He comes back and your on your way. Good places to smoke are back alleys or even on the over side of the river where he goes to get his shit.
