Weed In Other Languages

    Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew the term for weed in any other languages, purely for curiosity sakes. I'll start with the few I know.

    Mota = Spanish
    Weed = English

    And so forth...

    In Japanese

    マリワナ - Mariwana
    ぶりぶり - Furifuri (High)
    ぷりぷり - Puripuri (High)
    大麻 - Taima (Cannabis/Hemp)
    大麻樹脂 - Taimajyuushi (Cannabis resin)

    I'm Russian, its just called trafka there, which translates to "grass" but everyone knows it means MJ/weed.

    I think the phonetic for mandarin is ma re hua na.

    Swedish:

    Grass - Gräs
    Green - Grönt

    There are other terms I know in Spanish. Like hierba (pronounced yerba) and jibaro (pronounced hibaro).

    大麻 - Taima (Cannabis/Hemp)

    I believe that's mandarin, maybe its the same.
