Weed In General (Bought not Grown)

Discussion in 'Experienced Cannabis Enthusiasts' started by Mastercheefen, Sep 16, 2006.

  1. I have a quick question some of yall seasoned tokers may be able to help me with.

What is the difference between "KB", "mids", "headies" etc. I know the difference is that KB is "okay bud", mids is shit and has rediculous amounts of seeds/shake, and "headies" is just really good KB...pretty much. What type of plant makes shitty bud as middies?

My theory behind mids is that mids is just a female plant that was exposed to pollen hence the seeds and the bud is not allowed to mature, and picked early to sell quickly.

Can someone explain to me why the generalizations when there is no plant called "KB" "Mids" and "Headies"...?

Also, my friend told me that different parts of the plant has different quality bud. I dont see how that is true and i'm sure my friend has no idea what he's talking about. He said, higher up the weed is better, and the lower portions is where "mids" comes from...I find that hard to believe.

  2. A plant must be a strain to have a name like "blueberry" then you have lower quality cannabis like KB which is Kind Bud which is good bud but not its not namebrand quality. Headies is like KB, Mids is Mid-Grade, its got some seeds, it'll get you high and it won't break the bank. Schwagg is Dirtweed, the lowest you can go. Does that sum it up for you?

  3. I've heard that shit before about the further down the pot is, the worse quality it is. I don't know if it's true or not, but i would like to know too.

  4. Not really as thats what i had posted already. I'm asking, what makes mids mids exactly. I'm pretty sure i could grow a plant from a bag of mids, and it would be better than the bud it came in...if you get what i'm saying.

  5. all bud grown has the potential to be decent dank.

but it's how it is dried and cured that really effects potency. and of course the conditions it was grown in.

schwagg, in mexico, is dried very haphazardously and cheaply, usually outdoors or in huge open barns, and treated like hay instead of a delicate plant.

then on top of that it's pressed into bricks.

  6. They're just fancy word that describe the quality of weed you're buying.

  7. Yeah i know. Do you think that the kb and mids my particular are gets, could be from the same plant etc?

  8. in theory yes they could. i mean grow one of your seeds from mid's and you will get atleast 40 times better than what u orginally smoked. thats what i grow

  9. yea remember mids is mids for a reason lol
the biggest factor is its obviously mass grown for profit, not taken care of correctly, probably fed chemical ferts and not cured/dryed properly, chopped to early/late and also most of the budleaves are left on because the dryer doesnt have the time/patience to do it...let alone how its packaged.
and thats how u get shit weed

  10. the thing about the lower/higher on the plant is NOT true. all buds on a plant are basicly the same overall quality since the whole plant was taken care of the same way. you dont fertalize the top buds and ignore the bottom ones unless you folair feed (spraying nutes on the leaves to soak in). and even then the plant as a whole absorbs the nutrients and distributes it equally.
