Sometimes I am out of blunts and don't have a bowl or bong with me and I think about dumping the tobacco out of a cigaratte and filling it with weed....should i also rip the filter off or will I still get high even if I leave the filter on? Thanks
Works better without the filter...but it would actually be less hasle to roll one...have some papers in your wallet...I always do...
take the filter out and make a roach a roach is when you take a strip of paper and roll it up to act as a filter but not really
