Weed contaminated with dryersheet chemicals?

    If you had some weed drying in a cardboard shoe box that previously had a couple dryer sheets in it did the chemicals rub off and stay on the cardboad so now that the weed was in the cardboard box with nothing else would it be contaminated? the smoke tasted like bounce dryer sheets but it tasted sweet/sugary rather then bad. Think its ok?

    I've smoked some that was in a plastic baggie that was wrapped in them, and it tasted like the sheets as well, you should be fine, I know that I personally got sick of the taste though.

    Because dryer sheets smell so strongly that means they are releasing many particles. These particles do get absorbed by the bud to the level where you can taste them. Normally these particles are mostly harmless (you can smell them and your fine), however you are exposing them to flame and then breathing the result of that.

    That said, intuition should tell us that even though you can smell and taste it, the number of particles should remain insignificant. Just don't make a habit of doing this all the time and you will avoid long term exposure risks.

    you should be fine i'm guessing... in my opinion, it would ruin the taste, thus ruin a lot of the experience of blazing and getting high.


    you might want to invest in a mason jar.

    Haha! One time my friend had a Quarter ounce and we were high as shit and he was worried about how he was going to get it in his house past his parent without it smelling. So I told him "Dude just put some dyer sheets in the bag." in a completely joking manner not thinking he was actually going to do it, BUT HE DID!:laughing::laughing::laughing:
    But he never got caught and we went on to smoke the whole thing, and it actually doesnt taste bad! Like you said its almost sweet. But you should be fine, I had no adverse side effects.
