The word you are looking for is Cartel...i mean err they are commonly called MMC's (medical marijuana clubs) legal in the states mainly the westcoast...you got the gist right they have a decent array of cheeba in the joint and for Medical purposes you can acquire it.
first u have to get ur cannibus card. its from a doctor (a real doctor) that gives it to u for any number of things from depression to cancer. u have to (usually) have pre-existing conditions, meaning somthing u have on medical record thats wrong with u and persistant (happens thruout ur life). then u get the card, find where a club is, then walk in, point at what u want (u can even take it out and look/smell it) and pay for it... then get stoned. hope this helps. what state r u in? there are a lot in cali. lake forest, hollywood, downy. etc.
is there a limit to that shit. like a prescription on the card saying you can only have 2 joints a day that would suck. but shit i have a condition. pain in my knee all the time. maybe that qualifies? how much is the weed there
