Weed Cheese?

    Does anyone know if its possible to make weed cheese?

    I make yogurt and have tried adding bud with mixed results. The issue with cheese is you have to acheve whats called a clean break between the Curds and the whey. having THC could effect how it breaks and would make it rather difficult to work with. Ricotta or some other soft cheese would be your best bet.

    Have you made cheese before? I'm starting to make my own and will try bud someday but have some questions first.
