weed and the healthy life?

  1. when im smoking weed, its seems easy as shit to just let things go to crap. always procrastinating and putting it off to after another smoke. are any of you out there who live a great productive and healthy lifestyle while on weed? if so, can you share some tips? do you use weed as a reward for things done well? how do you juggle sleep, work, munchies and exercise and a social life on weed? extensive answers would be appreciated. :smoke:
     
  2. Yes, I work out 2x a day while maintaining academics .. Weed does not smoke you, you smoke the weed. You just need to control your habit. Smoke on the weekends only if that's what works for you.
     
  3. Get everything you need to do done first and then you can sit back and smoke as much as you like :)
     
  4. The thing that helps me the most is routine. I do not just smoke on a whim because I feel like it (special holidaze excluded) but instead at certain times of the day. For example, once before bed. I only allow myself those time slots for smoking and if something else takes up that time there are no rain checks. It sounds cliche as hell, but it is all about self-discipline. Find some rules that work for you and hold yourself to them
     
  5. yea i think routine is important. I just try to push myself. Sometimes i choose to get things done earlier than I usually do. You just have to plan out your tasks. I smoked a good amount yesterday and still motivated myself for the dishes. it can be done you just have to see what needs to be done and act.

    OP, I can dig your problem. Right now it's 13:30, I still haven't done shit, gonna light up in a few hours.

    My plan before that happens: Wash my floors. Re-organize a lot of my clothes and some of the crap in my office room. I worked hard on schoolwork yesterday, so none today.

    When I'm done cleaning, I'm going to go for a jog (45 minutes). Shower, sit down, have a protein shake, set out things for dinner and then light up and watch Restrepo and play Mount and Blade. :smoke:

    TL;DR: plan your day before you toke and keep weed as the reward at the end of the struggle. Works wonders for me
