Weed and Alcohol

Its a perfect partnership IMO. I smoke and have a few ( or alot ) drinks nearly everyday as a way of chilling out after a hard day on earth. My mrs loves the buds also so that helps.

well for some, alcohol makes them missiles on the highway, ready to ram a car with 6 children in it, so alcohol is totally dangerous and you could be the one that gets hit by some dumb drunk... so just because you can drink doesn't mean that others don't get violent and crazy.... fuck alcohol. CANNABIS IS GOD.

Cocaine and heroin have completly different effects on the body than buds and booze thats why people do it, cause its not the same

 

fwiw, I've been lurking this board for a while and I find it interesting that tokers have the same attitude toward addiction as drinkers: "I ain't addicted! I can stop whenever I want. And what's the big deal, anyway? It's not a 'serious' drug." Please. The pot addicts I see are as miserable as the alcoholics or the crack smokers. Addict is addict, no matter what jersey you're wearin' to the group meeting.

Alcohol is one of the more poisonous of the abused drugs. Cocaine and heroine are not really destructive in recreational doses. In fact, heroine is one of the less harmful of drugs if you use it wisely. They certainly don't make you cough up black phlegm or destroy your liver.

Shrooms and Cannabutter are probably the most harmless drugs, followed by X. Nicotine would be in there if it wasn't primarily delivered via carcinogenic crap.

 

When I smoke weed and drink alcohol at the same time I just get really fucking tired and pass the fuck out. I have to leave whatever party I'm at, go home and sleep, and then go back to that party and do it again.
And I never even seem to get a hangover. I guess its cuzz I'm more of a pothead than a drinker.

 

ive always wondered, are pot smokers that live normal everyday lives and manage to smoke weed all the time still "miserable addicts"?

DARE is a worthless program proven ineffective. It's used by law enforcement to obtain local funding --not legitimate.

If you like we can have a discussion. Or you can keep throwing angry words at your computer and pretend you are profoundly insightful.

 

People are going to take the substances which they think are going to give them the feelings and sensations they want. Alcohol and marijuana combined isn't going to feel the same as another drug.

I suppose that you wish to inform yourself and peer into the minds of people you treat and that is rather respectable, but as a councilor for drug abuse and such you should know that just ranting on a forum about drugs is going to accomplish nothing.

In fact I do believe you know that you are just being a troll and wish to anger the people you seem to not like because we are all "addicts" .

But sir/mam I would like you to rethink yourself and stop trolling a forum thats main purpose at least in my opinion is how to safely enjoy a wonderful recreational substance.

on the subject, mix the two, its called tinture(spl?) and you soak ur buds ina natural grain alcohol in your freezer or any cool dark place and shake it from time to time, after a few weeks u strain out the buds or as i do just take a shot with all the buds in it and you get a nice buzz. read up on it before trying it but i cant imagine it being dangerous any more than regualr smoking and drinking and for me its a fun change of pace. i was also over flowing with shake the first time i tried this so if your limited on your supplies its not a good way to use your buds.

as for that troll...drugs are drugs, if anyone wants to say one drug is worse than others so be it, im a functional member of society that enjoys a 3ft glass bong rip...often, and it doesnt make me over lazy or a drag to society and most of all, im no where near misserable. i also havent rand dry in years but i do take breaks from time to time with no crap happening, so id say misserable would not describe my "weed addiction"
