hey, im on my first grow with soil and nft. my soil grow is going great but ive got a problem with the hydro. i vegged the plants for ages until they got to about 25 inches and then put them on 12/12. ever since then the secondary growth is very weak, some of them growing sideways and all wobbly instead of up. could there be a reason for this? ive had a fan on them, they just seem real weak. the worst tho is a mutant, mayb its the genetics. any help wud be very much appreciated. thankyou peace arthur
inadequate lighting will cause your plants to stretch and sometime they stretch so far as to weaken themselves at the same time. also if you over water sometimes the plants will get almost waterlogged and the liquid weight put on wieghs them down. let me know what you are working with.
have you got a fan in there an ossilateing fan with strenthern yours plants or maybee try supportign them with bamboo cane
