We Are So Far

  1. The rifle exploded with a tremendous force, each bullet destroying a perfect soul
Just as quick as a dripping sink, life is shortened with no time to think
And it could be a perfect world extending arm to arm
Love and happiness clouded by the storm of this charade

I guess I find it kinda funny such a savage existence
And yet we reap what we sow
So just row that boat, Row and Row and Row
Deeper and deeper into a winding trail of misery and pain

Everything and nothing so simply put into a single momentary collapse of the mind
We strive for the perfection that is so clearly uniform
It is utterly obvious, each drone, each box, each mind
Brainwashed and confused, you have nothing to lose

  2. Dude, that's pretty damned excellent. It reminds me of Ginsburg.
