Then whats the point in \'reviewing\' it when no one but you, Indy and SJ will know how the \'review\' went. All that closing the thread did was force the thread to die. Which chances are will happen to this thread as well. There was no point in closing it. There was a dicussion going on that involved more than just the mods. So if the thread was reviewed, wouldn\'t it be reasonable to let others in on it? I think that\'s the least you guys could do for stopping the discussion.

I didn\'t think it was anyones place to review it but the moderaters. What I want to know about is what the all moderaters think about it. I was mistaken in thinking you guys might actually show something to the people who were involved in the discussion. That it was infact closed for a review and that it wasn\'t ended for BS reasons.

I\'m an active member of the forums, and I\'ve seen some very chill people leaving left and right. I\'m not talking about being banned. I\'m talking about those that LEFT of their own free will. They obviously had a reason to. That reason I believe is being demonstrated in the new way things are ran around here, by you and RMJL. I don\'t want to leave this board because for the most part it\'s chill. So with all that, yeah I feel it is my concern. I\'m being respectful, I\'m being nice. You know what I\'m gettin in exchange? A \"I\'m better than you, you\'re not deserving enough to know\", attitude.

Yes, there\'s been some fucked up shit going on here the last month...made me really sad....first off...I liked Hatebreeder. Some might think he was a juvenile prick...but he was honest. He was a nice kid, worshiping some kind of ideals....I got a lot of friends who are into the same shit as him. I even know some guys he worships as if they were gods...but they are nice people, too. So I personally think he was a good guy. But seroiusly...

He had some strange way of expressing himself. And he\'s gone way over the line quite a few times. And coming back due his 1 week ban wasn\'t wise...I do know there was a reason for him being banned.

Second...please don\'t drag critter into that. I\'ve seen his name mentioned both here and in the joint (yes, I\'ve been to the joint and will register there, too. I actually expect someone to copy this reply and hope someone\'ll post it in the joint, too). Critter actually resigned due to what he said was a lack of moderation. He couldn\'t deal with all the cocaine posts and shit any more. And I did agree with him. This is a MJ forum and I do not like kids discussing all kind of shit here.

Then there was the issue of some other members getting banned...I don\'t know the exact reason for Boondock being banned, but it sure as hell set of a bomb...my sentiments towards this has nothing to do with this post...

I just want this situation to resolve. I like the city. I want to come here to meet some intresting people who share the same interests as me. I made some friends here...actually gonna meet sid in Amsterdam in 3 weeks. Gonna have a blast, I promise you

arguing? I see someone asking a question, and expressing sentiment. I see very little arguing, but I believe that to be the work of the mods. They have no need to argue, they are better than us. we dont see what goes on in the background, but what we do see is shit. repeated posts, flaming, and immature shit. where is the moderation? we dont see it because its not their. if your gonna ban one member for increasing his post count, ban em all. 90% of the people here post shit, their is no longer knowledge at grasscity. Its a place for kids, kids that cant handle yahooka cause its too harsh, so they come here, and walk all over this place.


answer questions, and let people talk freely. if you dont like it, address it dont fuckin delete it. im sure your scared of people jumping on the \"bandwagon\", but if their is a bandwagon, it exists for good reason. its bunk to delete a members resignation thread. what is their to review? no rules were broken. just people expressing feelings, be them negative or positive, they arent here without cause.

You havn\'t exactly read my posts too well either. But it\'s not just old mods that have been leaving of their own free will. Those are just a few names that came to mind.

 

What have you done that is so great? the city seems like its at a low point to me.
obviously its a problem if you have long term members LEAVING.

marijuana smokers are the minority. if the government listens only to the majority then things are fucked. if people are saying negative things, its for a reason, and they should be addressed.


but as long as YOU feel good with things, then I guess all is well.
