Watering

  1. Hello everyone,

First time growing outdoors here in Oakland, I bought a few clones from the dispensary and noticed that some of the leaves are turning yellow, is this a water deficiency? I’m watering once a day, the clone is a teen. My other clone is a giant and is looking good. I’m also doing 8 more from seed of Jack Herer and Purple Kush and they just sprouted. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  2. in ground too

imo: water 2x per week(2-4 pints)

too much water can stunt a plant

so 2 times per week if they wilt then obvious water more

but every day is a lot

    good luck

  3. You've planted 1 month too early 13.5 hours of sunlight. Looks like you are in pre flower. As for the brown spots it looks to me like you have got nute burn from splashing the water on your leaves.

  4. I'm south of you and I've done a few grows outdoors using clones from the dispensary.

Its true that you put them outside too early.
They will start flowering soon then freak as the days get longer - reveg (new stems and leaves growing out of buds) - then start flowering again. It's usually a leafy mess and not worth the trouble.
IMO you're better off focusing on the seed grown plants.
