HIGH All, when watering a new seedling one should water from the bottom..not the top. If watered from the top you could disturbe the seedling as the water could make the seed/seedling float out of the soil which of coarse is not a good thing.
dont water the seedling at all if it hasnt sprouted yet. when you are germinating it get the soil real wet and then put seran wrap over the top and put a rubber band around it to seal in the moisture. make sure you let the soil drain a bit before you drop the seed in
I found the best way to germinate was to wet some paper towels put the seeds in between, place a book on top and then left it on top of my monitor. The Monitor keeps them nice and warm. You should check out sid's grow guide. It'll help ya a lot. what do you mean by water from the bottom unoit? do you dip the pot in water or something?
