Watering & Feeding

  1. I watered my plants on the kitchen sink and had the usual run-off. I put the back under lights and 10 mins later there was more run-off in the tray.
Do I leave it there or is it best to get rid??

  2. Just dump it

  3. I usually dump mine. But sometimes I leave it in there either out of convenience or laziness. I will say this however: sometimes I notice per my digital thermo, that my humidity gets a little high in the box. Nothing alarming, but enough for my digital to tell me the rH is "high." And I usually notice this after a day or so when I don't dump the run off from the trays the pots sit in. Eventually it will evaporate but I suspect it adds to the humidity. As long as it's not too bad and you don't have a mold issue, it shouldn't be a problem. But yes, if possible, dump it. Hope that helps.
