Watering 2 Week old auto in 7 gallon smart pot

  1. Hello all ,
I am asking for some help or advice with my grow. This is my first time using smart pots. From my understanding its not good to transplant autos so she has been growing in the 7gal smart pot ever since she popped out of the shell using the cup method. I just watered her today, about 3/4's of a gallon with added nutrients : Fox Farm grow big and big bloom with half of suggested strength. My problem is the runoff. I'm pretty much scared to water her enough to the 20% runoff mark to prevent overwatering. I read that a pot this size needs about 1.8 gallons to reach to correct runoff mark. Should I do this or keep the watering small for now until she is older, bigger and stronger?
